Role Description This full-time Technical Trainer role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Technical

Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate technical training programs focused on biomedical equipment, clinical technology operations, and hospital engineering workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions, preparing training materials and manuals, demonstrating equipment usage and safety protocols, and guiding learners through troubleshooting and maintenance procedures. The role also involves assessing learner performance, providing feedback and coaching, maintaining training labs and equipment, and collaborating with mentors and industry partners to keep content aligned with current biomedical practices.

The Technical

Trainer will support certification processes, contribute to continuous improvement of training curricula, and help ensure participants are prepared for interviews and workplace expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong technical training expertise,



including experience as a Technical Trainer and background in Technical Training and Training & Development.
- Proficiency in planning and delivering structured Training programs, with the ability to tailor content to diverse learner groups.
- Excellent Communication skills for explaining complex concepts clearly, facilitating interactive sessions, and providing constructive feedback.
- Solid understanding of biomedical engineering concepts, hospital equipment operations, and safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Medical Equipment Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience with curriculum design, training documentation, and use of digital tools or LMS platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple batches, and collaborate effectively with mentors, academic institutions, and industry partners.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and a learner-focused approach; prior experience in healthcare or hospital technology training is preferred.
