WE’RE HIRING | Technical Project Manager

? Location: Recent Delhi

? Experience: 6+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-scale Azure Data Platform & Analytics projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project delivery, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and project governance, along with a solid understanding of Azure data technologies.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Azure Data & Analytics projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage Agile/Scrum processes, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and delivery quality.
- Maintain RAID logs and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Data Engineering, BI, DevOps, Infrastructure, and business teams.
- Conduct governance reviews and provide regular status reports to leadership.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, resource utilization, deployments, and production readiness.

? Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, or Analytics.
- Strong expertise in project planning, Agile/Scrum, sprint and release management,



RAID management, and project governance.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for project tracking and reporting.
- Good understanding of Azure data technologies:
- ✅ Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- ✅ Azure Databricks
- ✅ Azure Synapse Analytics
- ✅ Power BI
- ✅ Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)
- ✅ Azure SQL Services
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT, cloud architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

? Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in enterprise cloud transformation or data modernization programs.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certifications.
- Exposure to governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.

? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. ? Interested candidates?
