Job Summary:

Swiftin Agencies LLP is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Technical Sales Engineer to handle sales and technical support for motion control products including servo motors and linear motion systems. The role involves understanding customer requirements, offering suitable solutions, and ensuring strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities in industrial automation and motion control
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/solutions
- Handle customer inquiries, technical discussions, and issue resolution
- Provide basic application support and guidance for product selection and setup
- Coordinate with suppliers/brands for technical and commercial support
- Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and close sales orders
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers




- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence

Products Handling:

- Servo Motors & Drives
- Ball Screws
- Linear Actuators
- Linear Motors
- Other Linear Motion Components

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 1–3 years in Technical Sales / Application Engineering
- Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics
- Basic knowledge of motion control systems and industrial automation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand drawings and basic technical specifications
- Willingness to travel for client visits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
