Role Description The Technical Operator is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for supporting day-to-day pest management operations at client locations. This position involves executing pest control treatments, assisting with preventive maintenance activities, and ensuring equipment and tools are properly used and maintained.

The Technical

Operator will follow standard operating procedures, adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines, and support documentation related to service visits and treatment plans. The role also includes collaborating with supervisors and technicians, learning and applying best practices,



and providing professional and courteous service to clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and effective treatment application.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training to learn and follow pest control procedures and support knowledge transfer within the team.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Manufacturing processes, especially relevant to industrial and commercial client environments.
- Candidates should have a basic understanding of pest control methods, safety practices, and proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Candidates should have positive communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior experience in pest control, facility maintenance, or related technical work is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, travel to client locations as required, and perform physical tasks associated with pest management operations.
