Technical Lead – Production Support Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage production support activities for enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and SLA compliance.
- Act as the primary client-facing technical lead, providing updates, managing escalations, and building stakeholder confidence.
- Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex application and infrastructure issues.
- Mentor support engineers and drive operational excellence through best practices, automation, and monitoring.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, AWS, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Proven experience leading Production Support/Application Support teams.
- Robust troubleshooting skills across application, database, and cloud environments.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build trust and confidence through proactive communication, ownership, and problem resolution.
