Role Description The Team Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The individual in this role will oversee planning, execution and day-to-day project delivery, coordinate work allocation, and reporting of audit & assurance.

Responsibilities include reviewing work outputs for accuracy and quality, ensuring compliance with firm methodologies, and managing timelines and client expectations.

The Team





Lead will participate in client meetings, support proposal and report preparation, and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, people management, and team coordination skills, with the ability to supervise multiple engagements and guide junior staff.
- Proficiency in assurance and audit practices and related qualified service methodologies.
- Experience in governance, risk consulting, and compliance, including risk assessment and control evaluation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management capabilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
