Role Description The System Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chengalpattu. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and related systems to ensure reliable and secure operations.

The System

Engineer will perform daily system administration tasks, monitor performance, apply updates and patches, and proactively resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing technical support to internal teams and clients, and documenting system configurations and procedures. The role also includes collaborating with other technical and consulting teams to support IT projects, migrations,



and improvements aligned with client needs and business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills to architect, implement, and optimize IT infrastructure solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid System Administration skills, including managing servers, operating systems, networks, and security configurations.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose issues, resolve incidents, and assist end users and clients.
- Candidates should possess good documentation and communication skills to record configurations, produce technical reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience with Windows and/or Linux environments, virtualization platforms, and cloud or hybrid infrastructure is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Chengalpattu, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements is expected.
- Industry certifications (such as Microsoft, Linux, VMware, or network-related certifications) are an advantage.
