Job Purpose To ensure a safe, secure, and seamless experience for internal and external stakeholders by managing shift-wise industrial security operations across the Speciality Alumina unit at Belagavi. The role is responsible for gate management, access control, visitor and vehicle movement monitoring, security manpower deployment, surveillance monitoring, incident response, security investigations, coordination with external agencies, and support during VIP visits and plant events while continuously improving security performance through audits, training, and corrective actions.

Key responsibilities include supervising security personnel, managing gate operations, maintaining documentation, conducting patrols, preventing unauthorized entry, and ensuring compliance with security procedures. Major challenges involve managing entry-exit activities during peak periods, ensuring vehicle compliance, maintaining road safety standards, handling security incidents, managing contractor security staff, and ensuring uninterrupted security coverage through effective shift management and communication.
