We're looking for a passionate and experienced Student Mentor to join our team!

What will you do?

- Guide students through their undergraduate and postgraduate admissions journey for universities in India and abroad.
- Help students identify suitable universities and courses based on their academic profiles, interests, and aspirations.
- Mentor students on profile building, extracurricular activities, research, internships, and personal development.
- Support students with application strategy, essays, SOPs, and interview preparation.
- Build meaningful relationships with students and parents, ensuring a personalised mentoring experience.
- Manage application timelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality and timely submissions.

Who are we looking for?





- Prior experience in overseas education counselling, university admissions, or student mentoring.
- Strong understanding of international university admissions, particularly the US, UK, Canada, Europe, and Asia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Someone who can connect with teenagers, understand their aspirations, and guide them with patience and clarity.
- A proactive, detail-oriented skilled who can take ownership of the student journey.
