About Mentora Health
Mentora Health is an emerging student wellbeing platform developed by a team of psychologists with a shared vision of making mental health support more accessible, preventive, and integrated into everyday school life.
We are building a comprehensive student wellbeing ecosystem that connects students, parents, teachers, school leadership, and mental health professionals through a coordinated platform.
Our approach focuses on three principles:
- Prevention-Forward: Identifying and addressing emotional and behavioural concerns before they escalate.
- Accessibility: Making professional psychological support easier for students to access privately, including beyond conventional school hours.
- Coordinated Care: Bringing students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals together to create a more supportive school environment.
We are now expanding our institutional partnerships and looking for an experienced professional who understands the Indian school education ecosystem and can help bring our vision to schools across Delhi NCR and, eventually, India.
About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic School Partnerships & Institutional Relations Lead to spearhead our engagement with private and CBSE-affiliated schools.
This is a senior, relationship-driven position for someone with an established professional network across the K–12 education sector, particularly among school principals, directors, chairpersons, trustees, and management committees.
The ideal candidate will leverage their institutional understanding, existing professional relationships, and business development expertise to build meaningful partnerships between Mentora Health and educational institutions.
Unlike conventional sales positions, this role requires a combination of strategic networking, institutional relationship management, consultative selling, and a strong understanding of school administration and decision-making processes.
The selected professional will work directly with the founding team and play an important role in shaping Mentora Health's institutional expansion strategy.

- Identify opportunities to expand Mentora Health into school groups and multi-campus educational institutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential school partnerships.
2. Institutional Networking & Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with professional associations,
educational networks, and school leadership forums.
- Represent Mentora Health at relevant educational conferences, networking events, and institutional meetings.
- Establish professional relationships with influential education-sector stakeholders and independent advisers.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, referrals, educational programmes, and institutional introductions.
- Build Mentora Health's credibility among school leadership communities through ethical, value-driven engagement.
3. Business Development & Institutional Conversions
- Arrange meetings and presentations with relevant school decision-makers.
- Introduce Mentora Health's student wellbeing solutions and demonstrate their institutional value.
- Understand each school's existing counselling arrangements, operational challenges, and student support requirements.
- Develop tailored partnership proposals in coordination with the founding team.
- Support commercial discussions, negotiations, onboarding, and the execution of institutional agreements.
- Manage relationships throughout the partnership cycle, from initial introduction to successful implementation.
4. Educational Outreach & Awareness Programmes
- Coordinate with schools to organise student wellbeing awareness sessions, workshops, and professional development programmes.
- Identify opportunities for pilot programmes and institutional demonstrations.
- Work closely with psychologists and other mental health professionals on school-specific engagement initiatives.
- Support school leadership in understanding the importance of early identification, student safeguarding, emotional wellbeing, and accessible psychological support.
5. Market Intelligence & Expansion Strategy
- Identify high-potential schools, school groups, and educational networks for expansion.
- Provide insights into school management structures, purchasing processes, institutional priorities, and partnership expectations.
- Analyse potential opportunities across different school segments and geographical markets.
- Contribute to the development of scalable institutional outreach and partnership strategies.
- Provide regular progress updates, pipeline reports, and market feedback to the founding team.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in school partnerships, institutional relations, K–12 education, education consulting, or institutional business development.

- Demonstrated ability to independently initiate and facilitate meetings with school decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of the Indian school education ecosystem, particularly CBSE-affiliated private schools.
- Experience in relationship management, institutional negotiations, strategic partnerships, or B2B educational sales.
