Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh.

The Store

Manager oversees daily store operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring visual merchandising standards, and maintaining a clean, protected, and well-organized store environment. This role is responsible for driving sales, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

The Store

Manager handles customer escalations, coordinates with regional and corporate teams, and ensures adherence to company policies and retail loss prevention procedures. The position also involves scheduling, training, performance feedback, and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications





-Robust store management skills, including team supervision, inventory control, and daily operations oversight.

-Customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term customer relationships.

-Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management, both verbally and in writing.

-Knowledge of retail loss prevention practices, including adherence to cash-handling and shrink-control procedures.

-Proven experience in retail or store leadership roles, preferably in a high-footfall environment.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.

Basic proficiency with POS & Microsoft knowledge
