Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot enterprise storage, SAN, and storage array issues.
- Resolve incidents related to Fibre Channel, iSCSI, LUNs, HBA, multipathing, and zoning.
- Investigate storage performance, connectivity, and availability issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and handle technical escalations.
- Work across storage, Linux/Windows Server, VMware, and networking environments.
- Manage customer incidents within defined SLAs and coordinate with L3 support teams.




- Maintain technical documentation and provide timely customer updates.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Storage / Storage Support / SAN Support.
- Robust knowledge of enterprise storage concepts and SAN troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Fibre Channel, iSCSI, LUNs, HBA, multipathing, and zoning.
- Working knowledge of Linux or Windows Server.
- Understanding of VMware/virtualization and networking fundamentals.
- Experience in L2 support, incident management, and technical escalations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer communication skills.
