Position: Senior Specialist – Oracle EBS Projects

Experience: 7–9 Years (Primary Skill: Oracle EBS Projects)

Location: PAN India (Chennai Preferred)

Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)

Budget: Up to ₹20 LPA

Our client is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Projects Specialist to manage, implement and optimise Oracle E-Business Suite Projects modules. The role focuses on project financial management, costing, billing, revenue recognition, budgeting and reporting to support business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration and support of Oracle EBS Projects modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Optimise project costing, billing, revenue recognition, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle EBS Projects with financial and operational systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Oracle Support for critical incidents.




- Develop and maintain configuration, process and technical documentation.
- Support system upgrades, patches, enhancements, audits and compliance requirements.
- Generate project financial reports and support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
- Drive continuous improvements in project accounting processes and system usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7-9 years of experience with Oracle EBS Projects.
- Robust knowledge of Oracle EBS Projects functionalities and project accounting processes.
- Experience with project costing, billing, revenue recognition, budgeting and financial reporting.
- Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, implementation and production support.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and work with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication and problem-solving skills.
