Role Description The Speech Therapist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for children with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs in an on-site, clinic-based setting in Bengaluru. This full-time role involves conducting standardized evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering one-on-one or small-group therapy sessions.

Responsibilities include maintaining detailed clinical documentation, tracking progress, and collaborating closely with other professionals such as occupational therapists, psychologists, and special educators.

The Speech





Therapist will communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, provide home-program recommendations, and participate in team meetings, case discussions, and continuing education activities.

Qualifications

- Clinical expertise in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention for children.
- Skills in working with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders across developmental ages.
- Knowledge and experience in managing Dysphagia in pediatric populations, including safe feeding practices.
- Recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred), with relevant licensure or registration as applicable.
- Experience or solid interest in pediatric developmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and intellectual disability.
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans, set measurable goals, and monitor outcomes using evidence-based methods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and participation in professional development activities.
