Our multidisciplinary team of Special Educators, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Therapists, Behaviour Therapists, and Psychologists works collaboratively to support children with diverse developmental and learning needs.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Special Educator who believes in every child's potential and is committed to building skills, fostering independence, and creating meaningful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct educational assessments to identify children's learning strengths, needs, and areas requiring support.
- Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's developmental and educational goals.
- Plan and deliver structured learning sessions using individualised, evidence-informed teaching strategies.
- Work on foundational academic skills, including pre-writing, reading, writing, mathematics, and phonics.
- Develop attention, sitting tolerance, following instructions, task completion, and classroom readiness.
- Support the development of functional academics, daily living skills, social skills, and independence.
- Adapt teaching strategies and learning materials to suit individual learning profiles.
- Maintain session records, document progress, and prepare periodic progress reports.




- Collaborate with therapists and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to intervention.
- Guide parents on strategies to support learning and skill development at home.
- Contribute to school readiness, classroom integration, and inclusive education initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in Special Education from a recognised institution.
- Valid Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) registration, wherever applicable to the qualification and role.
- Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental delays, or other neurodevelopmental conditions will be preferred.
- Knowledge of IEP development, educational assessments, and individualised teaching strategies.
- Strong observation, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and child-centred approach to learning and development.
