We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AI Annotation Team Lead for Spanish Data Annotation to lead a team while actively contributing to the annotation process.

This is a hands-on role that requires performing word alignment and annotation, along with ensuring high-quality output, reviewing team deliverables, and maintaining productivity across the team.

Key responsibilities:

- 4 hours hands on reviewing, alignment, rating and annotation
- 6 hours quality assurance, coaching, mentoring

Deliverables - Team should meet daily throughput within quality metrics

Must be capable of leading up to 50 people, taking ownership of team quality, throughput, coaching, and results, working flexible or extended hours (including Saturdays), and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while driving team performance.

Certification required:

DELE C2 (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera) or SIELE certification demonstrating Spanish proficiency. Equivalent qualifications are also accepted.
