JD for the CoE Specialist – Service Automation role:
5-7 years of hands-on experience with enterprise platforms, including ITSM, ITAM, and Observability.
- Implement and support service automation solutions, upgrades, and improvements.
- Manage PoCs, pilots, and automation for ITSM, ITAM, Observability, and Unified Endpoint Management.
- Integrate ITSM, monitoring, vulnerability management, and other enterprise tools.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide L3 support.
- Support service transitions and customer onboarding, including technical setup and configuration.
- Maintain technical documents, runbooks, standards, and knowledge articles.
- Identify opportunities to use automation and AI to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Work with CoE Engineers, Operations, and Presales teams to meet customer needs and support managed services opportunities.
