Required experience and skills

- 7+ years of Siebel CRM development experience with strong hands-on CSW, EAI, EIM skills.
- Deep knowledge of Siebel Tools or Web Tools, Workspaces, the Siebel data model, workflows, business services, and eScript.
- Experience designing reliable integrations, including service configuration, data transformation, error handling, and troubleshooting.
- Practical EIM experience with mapping, IFB configuration, batch execution, performance tuning, and error resolution.
- Robust Oracle SQL/PLSQL skills and experience supporting release and production processes.
- Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly and independently lead complex development work.

Preferred experience

Experience with Siebel IP20.x or later, telecom CRM, order management, product configuration, and Open UI skill have the advantage.
