Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Java Developers with 5–18 years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, database technologies, and contemporary software development practices.

Candidates should have experience in application architecture, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and Agile development. Senior candidates should also demonstrate technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain microservices-based applications and RESTful APIs.
- Apply Core Java concepts, including OOP, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and Java 8+ features.
- Work with Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and work with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Integrate applications with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Implement unit testing and integration testing using JUnit and Mockito.
- Use Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines for development and deployment.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and product owners.
- Follow coding standards, security best practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- For senior roles, review code, mentor junior developers, lead technical discussions, and contribute to architecture and design decisions.

Required Technical Skills
- Programming: Core Java,



Java 8/11/17/21 or relevant versions, OOP, Collections, Streams, Multithreading.
- Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate.
- Architecture: Microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, design patterns.
- Databases: SQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.
- Messaging: Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Testing: JUnit, Mockito, integration testing.
- Tools: Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, SonarQube.
- Cloud and DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
- Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, code reviews, secure coding practices.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building high-volume, scalable, and distributed applications.
- Knowledge of system design, application security, caching, and performance tuning.
- Experience with cloud-native application development.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in technical leadership and mentoring for senior positions.

Experience-Based Expectations
- 5–8 years: Hands-on development, API development, Spring Boot, microservices, testing, and debugging.
- 9–12 years: Advanced development, system design, performance tuning, code reviews, and technical ownership.
- 13–15 years: Technical leadership, solution design, architecture discussions, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration.
- 16–18 years: Architecture strategy, enterprise application design, technology decisions, engineering leadership, and delivery governance.
