What you’ll work on

What we’re looking for





Pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, IT or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

Strong programming skills in Python, and comfortable reading code in other languages

Comfortable with Linux, Git and the command line

Curious about how LLMs actually run on hardware, not just how to prompt them

At least one project you’ve built and can show us

Available full time for 3 months, working remotely

Good to have

Experience with vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM or similar serving frameworks

Some understanding of GPUs, CUDA, batching, KV caching or quantisation

Experience with Docker, monitoring tools or running services in production

Open source contributions or past hackathon projects
