Role Description As a Social Science and Digital Marketing Intern, you will support both research and outreach activities that advance Agadhbodh Foundation’s social impact programs. On a day-to-day basis, you may assist with field-based social research, data collection, and documentation, as well as help in planning and executing digital campaigns to raise awareness about ongoing initiatives. You will contribute to creating content for social media and other online platforms, track engagement metrics, and provide insights to improve communication strategies.





This is an internship role, and it is an in office position based in Ranchi, where you will collaborate closely with team members, beneficiaries, and local partners.

Qualifications

- Background or ongoing studies in social sciences, development studies, sociology, psychology, public policy, or a related field.
- Interest in social research, community engagement, and working with underprivileged and marginalized communities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media management, content creation, and online outreach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings and present information clearly.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on-site.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace); familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to social impact, empathy, and ethical conduct in working with diverse communities.
