Role Description The Social Media Optimization Executive will manage and optimize the company’s and clients’ social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.

Responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for engagement and reach, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing regular reports and insights. The role involves coordinating with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency, conducting competitor and trend analysis, and engaging with online communities to build audience loyalty. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in social media optimization, including content scheduling, hashtag strategy, audience targeting, and platform analytics.
- Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing fundamentals such as SEO basics, paid social campaigns, and online brand positioning.
- Candidates should possess skills in content creation and coordination, including working with designers and writers to produce engaging posts, creatives, and short videos.
- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis and reporting, including interpreting social media metrics, preparing performance dashboards, and recommending improvements.
- Relevant skills such as familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite), basic graphic editing, and staying updated on social media trends are beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and prior experience in social media or digital marketing roles will be an advantage.
