About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to manage and grow our brand’s online presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content planning, social media management, audience engagement, and digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

- Plan, create, and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Manage social media communities, respond to comments and messages, and increase audience engagement.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, and conversions.
- Optimize social media campaigns based on performance insights.




- Manage paid social media campaigns and advertising budgets, where required.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.

- Robust understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Excellent content planning, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and campaign optimization is an advantage.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
