About the Role:

Airkomm Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Social Media Manager to lead social media strategy, content planning, digital communication, and online engagement.

Candidates with prior experience handling Central Government, State Government, or PSU projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with project objectives.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across multiple platforms.
- Oversee the creation and publishing of posts, reels, videos, graphics, and other digital content.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, animators, and video editors.
- Manage daily social media operations and ensure timely content delivery.
- Maintain brand consistency and communication standards.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and online interactions.
- Analyse performance metrics, including reach, engagement,



and follower growth.
- Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with government departments, project teams, and stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

- Full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication or Journalism.
- Graduates from IIMC, Jamia, FTII, NIFT, SRFTI, or other reputed institutions preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant qualified experience.
- Experience in managing Central Government, State Government, or PSU projects will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Solid planning and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and performance reporting.
