Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Rajasthan, India.

The Social Media Content

Creator will plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels to promote properties, brand initiatives, and company updates. Daily responsibilities include drafting captions and posts, shooting and editing short videos and photos, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to understand property highlights, and maintaining a consistent posting schedule. The role involves monitoring audience engagement, responding to comments and messages in a professional manner, and recommending new content formats or trends that align with the brand.

Creator will also assist with basic performance reporting, sharing insights to improve future campaigns.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in social media content creation, including writing clear captions, storytelling, and visual framing for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic photography and videography, including shooting property tours, short reels, and simple video edits using common editing tools or mobile apps.
- Candidates should possess skills in social media management, such as scheduling posts, tracking engagement metrics, and adapting content to platform-specific best practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in creative thinking and brand awareness, with the ability to translate real estate features into appealing, audience-focused content.
- Relevant qualifications include strong written and spoken English; proficiency in Hindi is an advantage for local communication and content; familiarity with real estate or property marketing is beneficial.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in a content or marketing role, comfort working in office with cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage multiple content tasks and deadlines.
