Job Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram,

and LinkedIn.
- Create attractive posters, reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Design and publish recruitment advertisements and company updates.
- Plan and schedule social media posts to improve engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor social media performance, reach,



and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with the HR and marketing teams for recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding and qualified communication across all platforms.

Eligibility Criteria

- Mass communication, Digital Marketing or related field.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Canva, graphic design, and video editing will be preferred.
- Good communication, creativity, and content-writing skills.

Stipend & Registration
- ₹12,500 per month (in-hand stipend).
- The selected candidate will be registered with BOPT (Board of Practical

Training), subject to applicable eligibility criteria and apprenticeship requirements.
