Social Media & Creative Marketing Intern (Remote, Paid)

D Margs is a digital marketing and creative agency. We help businesses across India, the US, the UK and beyond build sharper brands, reach the right people, and turn attention into growth they can measure.

We’re looking for an intern who thinks in visuals, cares about craft, and wants their work in front of real clients, not sitting in a practice folder. You’ll design, write and help run social media for D Margs and the brands we work with.

What you’ll do

Design

- Create original posts, carousels, stories and campaign creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Build designs from a blank canvas in Canva, not from templates
- Keep every piece on-brand in look, tone and message

Ideas and words

- Pitch concepts, hooks, headlines and visual directions
- Write captions and short-form copy that people read to the end
- Help plan and edit reels and short-form video

Campaigns and growth

- Research trends, competitors and audiences to find content ideas
- Help build content calendars and plan campaigns
- Track engagement and suggest what to try next

What you’ll get

You’ll fit if you

- Are advanced in Canva and can design from scratch
- Have a strong visual eye and good attention to detail
- Know how Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook formats work
- Write clearly in English
- Can take a brief and turn it into content without hand-holding
- Manage your own time and hit deadlines while working remotely
- Take feedback well and improve rapid
- Genuinely enjoy branding, social media and creative marketing

Bonus points if you

- Have made Instagram carousels, reels or stories
- Can do basic video editing
- Have used Meta Business Suite or social media analytics
- Know digital marketing basics
- Use AI tools in your creative workflow
- Have run a social media page for yourself, a startup or a business

How to apply

Share your Canva portfolio or 3 to 5 pieces of social media or creative work that you made yourself. Shortlisted candidates will get a short creative task.

We care most about creative ability, Canva skill, portfolio quality, communication and how quickly you learn. Your degree matters less. Students and recent graduates from marketing, media, design, visual communication, business or related fields are all welcome.
