About the Role

MahaVastu is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee site activities, conduct site observations, and coordinate the implementation of remedies as per prescribed guidelines. The role requires effective coordination, accurate documentation, and timely execution of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise site activities and ensure work is completed as per project requirements and timelines.

Coordinate the implementation of remedies and layouts as per prescribed guidelines.

Conduct site observations and document findings accurately.

Maintain site reports, progress updates, photographs, and other project-related records.

Coordinate with project managers, consultants,



and clients for smooth execution of site activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to understand site layouts and drawings.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

Understanding of site observations, documentation, and reporting.

Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Experience

Prior experience in site supervision, site coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
