The Site Security Head will be responsible for leading and managing all security operations at the Hyderabad facility, ensuring the protection of personnel, assets, infrastructure, information, and critical defence programs. The role will drive security governance, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and emergency response readiness while maintaining alignment with defence and aerospace security standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end physical security operations for the Hyderabad site.

Develop and implement site security policies, procedures, and protocols.

Manage access control, surveillance systems, visitor management, and perimeter security.

Conduct security risk assessments, threat analysis, and vulnerability management.

Ensure compliance with defence, aerospace, statutory, and corporate security requirements.

Coordinate incident investigations and implement corrective actions.

Liaise with government agencies, local law enforcement, intelligence agencies,



and regulatory authorities.

Drive crisis management, business continuity, and emergency response preparedness.

Manage security vendors, guard forces, and security technology systems.

Conduct security audits, drills, and awareness programs across the facility.

Provide regular security updates and risk reports to site and business leadership Group Security Head.

Desired Profile

Retired Armed Forces Officer (Army/Navy/Air Force) preferred.

15+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, defence, aerospace, or critical infrastructure security.

Robust knowledge of physical security, risk management, investigations, and crisis management.

Experience managing large-scale security operations and stakeholder engagement.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
