Role Description The Showroom Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the coordinator manages daily showroom operations, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment for customers. The role involves greeting and assisting visitors, understanding their needs, presenting product features and benefits, and supporting sales activities to meet showroom targets.

The coordinator will handle customer inquiries, maintain product displays and inventory records,



and liaise with wholesale and retail partners as needed. The role also includes coordinating promotional activities, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with the sales team and management to improve showroom performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Customer Service and Showrooms experience to manage inquiries, provide product guidance, and ensure an excellent in-store experience.
- Sales and Wholesale skills to support retail and bulk orders, drive conversions, and assist in meeting revenue goals.
- Ability to work in office full time in Bengaluru, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for using POS systems, maintaining records, and preparing simple reports.
- Prior experience in furniture, Mattress, or retail showroom environments is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial.
