Position Title - SH Mines Operations (Drilling)

Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mining Engineering

Experience Required: 7 Years

Required Skill: First Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency (FCC)

- Supervise overall mining operations to achieve targeted production and desired quality as per the mine plan.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for machinery deployment and ensure protected and efficient mining operations.
- Assist in mine development activities, including creation of faces, roads, and benches, while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Coordinate excavation operations and support implementation of the overall mine development plan.
- Monitor and take corrective actions in HEMM operations and crushing activities to optimize mining productivity and cost efficiency.
- Ensure safe operation of mining equipment during shifts and maintain statutory compliance.
- Implement and sustain management systems such as ISO, IMS, OHSAS, SA 8000,



and WCM through employee involvement and adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, HEMM permissions, Safety Management Plans, EC conditions, and timely updating of statutory records.
