Requirements

- Positive knowledge and hands-on experience with CSM.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Agent Workspace.
- Proficient in CDMB and data loads.
- Excellent scripting skills with well awareness of best practices.
- Should have knowledge of SLA's
- Should have hands-on experience with Flow Designer
- Knowledge of the latest version of ServiceNow and its capabilities
- Knowledge on Gen AI capabilities

Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Providing technical solutions for the requirements.
- Work on the production issues for the fixes.
- Debug issues related to performance and, provide fixes to those.
- Coordinate with the PO for the deliverables and prioritization of the tasks.




- Prepare the runbook for the releases and coordinate during the release.
- Mentoring the team to upscale them and provide help on need basis.
- Ensuring timely deliverables
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet organizational needs
- Provide expertise in the customization and configuration of ServiceNow, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.
