Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Manage and troubleshoot ServiceNow instances and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure efficient implementation of ServiceNow modules.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.

Skills And Qualifications





- 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting, workflows, and integrations with third-party applications.
- Certifications in ServiceNow are a plus, such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
