Key Responsibilities

- Perform calibration, refilling, and HPT jobs as per QMS processes.
- Conduct inspection, commissioning, and testing of Portable, FGDS, and SRPS devices.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation in CRM and SharePoint.
- Support customers and resolve critical service issues.
- Assist in service sales activities, spare parts sales, and customer demonstrations/workshops.
- Coordinate administrative activities, including follow-up on receivables.

What We're Looking For

- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Science, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Fire & Gas Detection or a similar industry.




- Strong troubleshooting and service-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel and support customers in the field
- Good Communication Skills is a must.
