About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and creative Senior Video Editor to handle end-to-end video editing across YouTube channels, podcasts, interviews, promotional videos, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality videos within tight production timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end editing of YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Maintain high standards of storytelling, pacing, transitions, audio quality, colour grading, and visual presentation.
- Perform multicamera editing, motion graphics, and sound design as required.
- Create fast-paced,



engaging edits using trending memes, viral audio, pop culture references, humour, and internet trends.
- Deliver quick-turnaround edits for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other trend-driven content.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects according to production schedules.
- Review edits, incorporate feedback, and maintain consistent quality while minimizing repeated revisions.
- Coordinate with creative teams to meet project requirements.
- Guide junior editors and provide technical support when required.
- Maintain organized project files, footage, assets, and final exports.
- Ensure platform-specific requirements are met and maintain daily work reports.

Requirements
- Proven experience in skilled video editing, preferably in digital media, YouTube, podcasts, or entertainment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing tools.
- Strong storytelling, sound design, colour grading, and visual editing skills.
- Positive knowledge of memes, viral trends, internet culture, and current social media formats.
- Ability to execute quick edits, adapt to trends, and work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects.
