Required Skills

- 3 to 8 yrs of experience in Finite Element Analysis of Mechanical Structure
- Working experience on FEA tools like Hypermesh, Optistruct, Hyperview, MDesign

Key Responsibilities

- Lead FE modelling and structural analysis for rolling stock components and assemblies.
- Define modelling strategies, load cases, and simulation methodologies.
- Perform and review Linear / Non-linear Static, Modal, Harmonic, Transient, Random Vibration, and Fatigue Life analyses.
- Validate FE models, boundary conditions, and results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Provide design recommendations for structural durability, weight optimization, and performance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with rail structural standards and certification requirements.
- Lead technical reviews and collaborate with design, manufacturing, and project teams.
- Mentor engineers and drive best practices in simulation and analysis workflows.
