We are looking for experienced sourcing professionals with solid expertise in leadership hiring, executive search, and high-volume recruitment. The role involves identifying and engaging senior-level candidates, building talent pipelines, and partnering with recruiters to meet hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for senior-level positions (Deputy Manager, Manager, and above).
- Execute leadership and executive search strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess communication skills.
- Maintain candidate information and sourcing updates in ATS tools.
- Manage multiple requirements and meet sourcing targets and delivery timelines.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant sourcing experience.
- Mandatory experience in leadership hiring and executive search firms.
- Experience in bulk hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Taleo, SAP, or Avature.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Versant score: 65 or above.
- Any undergraduate degree; MBA in HR preferred.
