SpiceGems is hiring a Senior Shopify Support Specialist.

This is a Leadership role. You'll be a hands-on leader.

Location: Remote

- Provide technical support to Shopify Merchants. This is a must.
- Guide and Train new Team Members on best customer success practices.
- Handle software customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limit
- Consolidating feedback, and convert them into improvement suggestions.
- Relaying feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Ensure privacy and security practices are followed at all times for both merchants and the company.

Requirements:

- Atleast 5 years of experience with Shopify.
- Solid written skills and experience in Client handling.
- Passion for discovering how and why products succeed.
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to be a quick thinker, research and troubleshoot
