TCS is Hiring for Senior ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM Developer

Role: Senior ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM Developer

Desired Experience: 5- 7 Years

We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and REST/SOAP API integrations.



The ideal candidate will design, develop, configure, and optimize enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions, bridging infrastructure mapping with automated service delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development, administration, and implementation experience.

· Technical Stack: JavaScript, PowerShell, REST/SOAP protocols, JSON/XML, and MID Server configuration.

· Core Modules: Deep functional and technical knowledge of ITSM and ITOM (Discovery & Service Mapping).

· Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and ITIL v4 principles.

Preferred Certifications

· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

· Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or ITOM

· ITIL v4 Foundation
