Sr. Salesforce Developer

Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams and managing regular or monthly releases work closely with Cigna and support teams to understand requirements, prioritize enhancements, and align release scope with business objectives..

Lead end-to-end monthly Salesforce release planning, coordination, execution, and deployment across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce seasonal releases, including Spring, Summer, and Winter releases.

Analyze Salesforce release notes to identify relevant current features, enhancements, security updates, and provide recommendations on adopting new Salesforce capabilities to improve functionality, user experience, productivity, and maintainability.

Communicate relevant Salesforce release updates, potential impacts, and recommended actions to technical and business stakeholders.





Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and team members.

Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of complex production issues, data inconsistencies, and recurring defects.

Identify opportunities for technical debt reduction, automation, performance optimization, and platform improvements.

Skills – Sales cloud & Service cloud, good to know health cloud.
