The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving membership growth, sponsorships, and program participation among stakeholders in the gem and jewellery sector. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves identifying prospective members and partners, conducting meetings and presentations, and building long-term relationships with businesses and industry professionals. The position includes managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure, while maintaining accurate records in CRM or reporting systems.

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to support events, campaigns, and outreach initiatives, and will provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports. The role also requires staying informed about market trends and industry developments to tailor offerings and solutions that meet member and partner needs.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the gem and jewellery, retail, or related industries.




- Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder engagement, and client servicing, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Competence in lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals, supported by sound commercial and analytical judgment.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, travel as needed for client meetings or events, and manage time and priorities independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; relevant qualified certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Demonstrated integrity, customer-centric mindset, and interest in contributing to a mission-driven non-profit organization.
