Role Purpose The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery across creative, digital, and content production. The role requires strong project governance, planning, resource management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards and client expectations.

The individual will work closely with creative, production, operations, technology, quality, and client-facing teams to drive seamless execution, manage risks, and continuously improve delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Project Delivery

- Own projects from initiation and planning through execution, quality checks, delivery, and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Ensure all project outputs meet agreed scope, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, resolve bottlenecks, and manage changes in scope and priorities.

2. Project Governance and Reporting
- Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks, review mechanisms, and escalation processes.
- Track project progress against agreed timelines, budgets, resource plans, and delivery milestones.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates for senior stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, productivity, quality, resource utilisation, and project profitability.
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), action trackers, and decision logs.

3. Stakeholder and Client Management




- Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, regular reviews, and transparent reporting.
- Lead project kick-offs, status meetings, governance reviews, and post-project evaluations.
- Translate client briefs into actionable plans, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Manage escalations effectively and drive timely resolution of issues.

4. Creative and Digital Production Management
- Manage projects involving creative adaptation, digital content, design, video, artwork, campaign assets, and other production deliverables, as applicable.
- Coordinate creative, production, quality assurance, technology, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow execution.
- Ensure briefs, assets, feedback, and approvals move efficiently through the production lifecycle.
- Monitor revisions, rework, approval cycles, and delivery dependencies to minimise delays.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, production specifications, quality standards, and client-specific requirements.

5. Resource and Financial Management
- Work with resource managers and functional leads to plan capacity, allocate resources, and balance workloads.
- Track project budgets, estimates, actuals, and resource utilisation.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, optimise costs, and enhance delivery efficiency.
- Support forecasting, financial reporting, invoicing milestones, and profitability tracking, where applicable.
- Manage third-party vendors and production partners when required.

6. Process Improvement and Operational Excellence




- Identify gaps in existing workflows and implement process improvements to enhance speed, quality, and consistency.
- Standardise project management practices, templates, reporting, and governance processes.
- Use project management tools and data-driven insights to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce turnaround times, rework, and operational inefficiencies.
- Support the adoption of automation and technology-enabled solutions to streamline project delivery.

7. Team Leadership
- Guide project managers, coordinators, and cross-functional teams to achieve delivery objectives.
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving across teams.
- Coach team members on project planning, governance, stakeholder management, and delivery best practices.
- Build strong working relationships across functions and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience
- 8–12 years of overall experience in project management, preferably within creative agencies, advertising, digital production, marketing operations, content production, or a production services setting.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end project delivery, project governance, risk management, and reporting.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across creative, design, digital, production, technology, and quality functions.
- Strong client communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and escalation-handling skills.
- Experience with project budgets, resource planning, capacity management, and delivery metrics.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting dashboards and Power BI is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
