We are urgently looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM;) Technical Consultant or Technical Lead for a remote enterprise ERP modernization project.

? Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and refactor ERP components, including forms, tables, classes, workflows, security, and business logic.
- Work across legacy Dynamics AX 2009 / 2012 and modern D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management environments.
- Support code upgrades, data migration, and modernization using Data Management Framework (DMF/DIXF).
- Design and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Power Platform.
- Develop and maintain SSRS reports, financial reports, and data entities, with Power BI integration where required.
- Troubleshoot complex X++ code, optimize performance, tune queries, and resolve L2/L3 application issues.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation activities, including requirements analysis, technical design, SIT/UAT, deployment, release management, and post-go-live support.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, mentor junior developers, and coordinate offshore delivery teams.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.

✅ Mandatory Technical Skills




- Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009/2012 and/or D365 F&SCM;.
- Expertise in X++ development, customization, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Experience with forms, tables, classes, workflows, security, and custom business logic.
- Knowledge of Dynamics AX-to-D365 code upgrade and data migration approaches.
- Experience with DMF/DIXF, data entities, and data migration processes.
- Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure middleware, batch processing, or Power Platform.
- Experience with SSRS reporting and application troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of technical design, testing, deployment, and production support.

⭐ Good to Have
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
- Power BI integration and reporting expertise.
- Technical leadership, code review, mentoring, and offshore team coordination.
- Experience in enterprise ERP modernization, cloud migration, and full lifecycle implementation projects.
