About the roleArched (arched.ai) builds AI for AEC firms. We're hiring a senior MEP estimator / QS to define how our estimating agents take off and price MEP work, and to check their output.
What you'll do
- Build reference BOQs and estimates for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical packages
- Review AI-generated takeoffs and BOQs, and work with engineers to fix errors
- Maintain unit-rate libraries for the Gulf, US and India
- Price live tenders with customers alongside our engineers
- What you bring
- 8+ years in MEP estimation or quantity surveying, across all major MEP trades
- Robust in Gulf standards (POMI, RICS NRM) and/or US standards (CSI MasterFormat, RSMeans)
- Fluent in CostX, Bluebeam or similar, and Excel
- MRICS, AACE or ASPE certification is a plus
LocationFull-time, Delhi, India.
