Salary: SGD 650–750/month + SGD 300 One-Time Bonus

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Media Buyer who can independently manage, optimise and scale paid advertising campaigns.

This role requires someone who understands performance marketing beyond simply launching ads. You must be able to analyse campaign results, identify problems, test solutions and take ownership of campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

- Plan, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage lead-generation campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Analyse CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rates and lead quality.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement improvements proactively.
- Conduct audience, creative and campaign testing to improve results.
- Prepare clear performance reports and recommend actionable next steps.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and provide timely campaign updates.
- Manage daily tasks independently and meet deadlines.

What we are looking for?
- Proven, senior-level, hands-on experience in media buying.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and client accounts.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to execute independently without relying entirely on AI.
- Good communication skills, accountability and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback and adapt quickly.
- Available immediately for a paid practical trial.

Starting Salary: SGD 650/month





All shortlisted candidates selected for the practical trial will begin onboarding together at a monthly salary rate of SGD 650, prorated according to the actual days worked.

Our practical trial is designed to assess not only technical skills but also working attitude, reliability and suitability for the team.

During this period 1 mth, we will evaluate:

1. Coachability: Are you receptive to feedback, willing to learn and able to apply guidance?
2. Punctuality, Accountability & Ownership: Can you consistently clock in on time, complete assigned tasks within the agreed deadlines and take responsibility for outstanding work? If a task cannot be completed during working hours, we expect you to communicate proactively and ensure it is followed through to completion, including when additional time is reasonably required and agreed upon.
3. Practical Skills: Can you independently manage campaigns, identify issues and execute improvements?

Candidates who do not meet the required expectations may have their trial concluded early, with payment prorated for the work completed in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.

Successful Candidates

Candidates who successfully pass the practical trial and are selected for full-time employment will receive:
- SGD 750/month full-time salary.
- SGD 300 one-time bonus upon confirmation and signing of the full-time employment contract.
