ABOUT US

Enphy is building an in-house, fully remote team in India that delivers Mechanical/HVAC, Plumbing and Piping BIM services for projects in the United States. We produce LOD 350–400 Revit models, MEP coordination drawings and fabrication-ready shop drawings for commercial, healthcare, education, data center and multifamily projects.

This is a founding-team role: you will help shape how our team works, trains and delivers.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an MEP BIM Engineer, you will model and coordinate both HVAC and Plumbing/Piping systems, produce shop drawings for US contractors, and help train and mentor our junior engineers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Modeling & Drawings

- Develop LOD 350–400 Revit models for HVAC (ductwork, hydronic and refrigerant piping, equipment) and Plumbing (domestic water, sanitary/waste/vent, storm and gas piping).
- Produce coordination drawings, shop drawings, sections, details, hanger/sleeve/penetration layouts and spool drawings.
- Create and maintain Revit families and project templates.

Coordination

- Run clash detection in Navisworks Manage and resolve clashes with other trades.
- Read and interpret US contract drawings, specifications, RFIs and submittals.
- Raise RFIs and technical queries clearly and on time.




- Coordinate with the project team and clients by email and calls when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–6 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination.
- Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit (Mechanical/Plumbing/Piping), Navisworks Manage and AutoCAD.
- HVAC: good knowledge of SMACNA duct construction, ASHRAE basics, duct and pipe sizing, and equipment connections.
- Plumbing: good knowledge of UPC/IPC, pipe slopes, fixture connections, and DWV and domestic water layouts.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 and Bluebeam.
- Good written and spoken English.

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience on US projects, especially shop drawings for US contractors.
- Experience with Revit Fabrication Parts / Autodesk Fabrication (CADmep).
- Data center, healthcare or multifamily project experience.
- Autodesk Certified Professional (Revit MEP).
