About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Senior Marketing Executive – who will manage our WordPress & SEO. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in WordPress, SEO optimization, website performance management, server handling, and basic digital marketing tasks. She will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth website operations and timely updates.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

WordPress Website Management

- - Manage, update, and maintain company websites using WordPress.
- Install, configure, and update themes & plugins regularly.
- Perform routine website audits to ensure performance, usability, and security.

Server & Hosting Management

- - Manage GoDaddy and Hostinger servers for hosting and domain tasks.
- Handle SSL certificate installations and renewals.
- Schedule and manage website backups to avoid data loss.
- Troubleshoot hosting-related issues independently.

SEO & Performance Optimization

- - Implement on-page SEO best practices for improved website ranking.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and user experience.
- Monitor traffic and rankings using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Yoast/RankMath, etc.

Digital Content & Social Media Support





- - Perform basic blog posting and content updates on websites & social media platforms.
- Coordinate with content and marketing teams for promotional updates and campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.

Team Coordination & Marketing Support

- - Collaborate with design, marketing, and technical teams to achieve project goals.
- Support marketing initiatives and show interest in marketing-aligned tasks.
- Communicate updates, issues, and requirements clearly with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- - 3-5 years of experience working with WordPress.
- Strong understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and CMS workflows.
- Hands-on experience with GoDaddy/Hostinger, SSL, DNS, backups, and hosting environments.
- Good knowledge of SEO optimization and website performance tools.
- Basic understanding of social media posting, blogging, and digital marketing activities.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Nice to Have

- - Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS.
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Interest in growth-oriented marketing tasks.
- Experience with vendor coordination

Education MBA (Preferred) Experience: 3 to 5 Years
