Work Schedule
- Wednesday–Friday: Office – Calling, follow-ups and lead management
- Saturday–Sunday: Project sites – Client meetings and property visits
- Monday–Tuesday: Weekly Off
- Training: First 7 days | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree is mandatory.
- 6 months to 6 years of sales experience.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Currently employed or employment gap of a maximum of 90 days.
- Good English and Hindi communication skills.
- Kannada-speaking candidates preferred.
- Comfortable with field sales and weekend site visits.
- Age up to 28 years preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle company-provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements and budgets.
- Follow up with customers and maintain CRM records.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing and investment benefits.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales.
