Role Description The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading interior design projects from concept to completion. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, preparing mood boards and presentations, overseeing space planning, and coordinating FF&E; selection and specifications. The role involves producing and reviewing construction drawings, collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and contractors, and ensuring design intent is maintained through all project stages.

Designer will meet with clients to understand requirements, present design solutions, manage timelines, and support junior team members through mentorship and guidance.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design expertise, including experience with luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial interiors.
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture coordination to integrate interior concepts with overall building design.
- Ability to produce and review detailed Construction Drawings, ensuring accuracy and buildability.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination, including high-end finishes, furniture, and décor.
- Advanced skills in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and presentation tools.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions clearly.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage deadlines, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary design team.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of senior-level experience.
