Responsibilities:

- Apply knowledge of psychological theory and practice to conduct thorough patient assessments.
- Assist clients in addressing mental health concerns and modifying behaviors.
- Demonstrate superior communication skills to uncover and understand complex mental health issues.
- Empathize with individuals from diverse backgrounds and address underlying behavioral issues.
- Focus on the unique needs of each customer to develop and recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Provide referrals when necessary for additional care, evaluation, or treatment.
- Reaching an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient’s medical history
- Run already established Mental Health Helpline ' Vaani'
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and webinars related to psychology and mental well-being.
- Create engaging psychology-related content — both written and video — for awareness and education.
- Write articles, blogs, and other materials on psychological topics as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote mental health initiatives and campaigns.

System Development, Leadership & Innovation
- Develop and implement a structured mental health care system with clear processes for assessment, treatment, follow-ups, and referrals.




- Create standard procedures and guidelines to ensure quality and consistency in mental health services.
- Identify gaps in existing services and introduce new ideas to improve mental health care.
- Develop and launch current mental health programs, services, and initiatives to support organizational growth.
- Improve and expand the Vaani Mental Health Helpline to increase its reach, quality, and impact.
- Monitor patient progress, service quality, and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
- Explore digital tools, telepsychology, and technology-based solutions to make mental health services more accessible.
- Build partnerships with hospitals, psychiatrists, healthcare professionals, corporates, and educational institutions.
- Guide and mentor junior psychologists and support their career development.
- Ensure that all mental health services follow ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, and provide evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with management and internal teams to plan and implement the organization's mental health strategy.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in psychology and introduce relevant practices to improve mental health services.

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience working as a Psychologist or in a related field.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in working with diverse populations.
- Strong working knowledge of diagnostic techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- License eligibility in the practicing jurisdiction.
- M.Phil. In Clinical Psychology will be an advantage.
- RCI License Mandatory.
